It Includes:

• Analysis and protocols for Blood Work, Organic Acids Test and Genetics. Tests and supplements are not included.

  • I can order Blood Work and OATs. Genetics can be purchased through Ancestry.com

  • Prior OATs and Genetics tests can be used. Bloodwork must be within one month old.

• One 40 minute video coaching call to go over your results and answer questions.

• Food journey evaluation and guide for the proper diet for your genetics.

• Follow up call at end of 3 months to discuss protocol success.

• At end of 3 months: option to add on additional 9 months of coaching at discounted rate, including unlimited support through email/messaging, coaching calls and unlimited test analysis. Doing so will get to the root of your health issues, gut work, hormone rebalancing, mindset work and detoxing.
